Our Story
In 2012, amid the ruins of a 200-year-old watchmaking workshop in La Chaux-de-Fonds, we uncovered three sets of rusted 19th-century tools. When the first gear—still operable—was cleaned, founder Li Mingyuan vowed under the oil lamp:
“A mechanical watch shall be no mere instrument, but the wearer’s personal chronicle.”
When you check the time, you don’t see digits—
You see Galileo’s first pendulum swing, John Harrison’s brass gears for longitude, and the shadow play on Qing Dynasty gilt sundials.
